I donot charge huge prices like large accountancy firms may do for year-end accounts, which, in their case may go into the thousands.

As well as your Bookkeeping and Payroll for Micro and Small, Medium and Large companies:

I am permitted to help you prepare and submit Year end accounts & Corporation Tax returns for micro-entities and small businesses, digitally using the software compliant with Companies House and HMRC.

This is also in line with the April 2027 filing changes.

I can also prepare and file Self Assessments for UK Self Employed and Directors dividends & VAT returns using my MTD software, Iris Element (Taxfiler), as an HMRC agent.

   Definitions of the above for clarification of what companies I can submit Company           House and HMRC Corporation Tax accounts for:

      A micro-entity is a definition used by the Companies Act 2006.

      To be a micro entity you must meet at least 2 of the following criteria:

• Your company’s annual turnover does not exceed £632,000.
• Your business has £316,000 or less on its balance sheet.
• You have 10 or fewer employees.

            A small company definition is as follows:

• annual turnover must be not more than £10.2 million.
• the balance sheet total must be not more than £5.1 million.
• the average number of employees must be no more than 50.

As a fully certified  member of The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, with advanced qualifications in:

• Bookkeeping, Year-end preparation & Accounts for Micro and Small, Medium and Large companies.
• Year end Statutory Accounts returns, Corporation tax returns, UK Self Assessment returns and VAT returns
